Can someone please explain exactly what the "Candy" in No More Candy 4 U IS?

sweets. the song depicts the downfall of woolworths and the disappearance of pick and mix from the high street, thus no more candy 4 u, cuz woolworths shut down

He's just saying no more sweet stuff of any kind.
