Hot Dog, Bria SPEAKS!!!!! It was cool to finally hear her voice and I happy that she got the chance of a lifetime to work with Prince.

Bria stated that she wasn't even expecting him to release her album, and it was a surprise that he included it in the set?

Well, I guess that confirms it...he will not be promoting Bria or her album. No wonder she's been AWOL throughout the whole launch and performances! Too bad, cause Elixer is a great album.

Is it me, or does Bria sound kinda "nasaly" like Fran Drescher?

I've listened to her CD 2 or 3 times so far. I really like it. The lyrics have bite. The sounds are relaxing (great for headphones, bedrooms, and chill times) and they achieved what they were aiming for with this set. My prediction: It will be underrated like Chaka's "Come 2 my house". No one else is currently doing R&B like this, so its refreshing!

Hope she performs some of it.

Well, my take is that Prince put her out there and gave her a chance now she has to get out there and ho... I mean get it for herself

I actually like her cd, she has a couple of smooth jazz and r&b tracks that would do good on both a smooth jazz station and r&b station.
