What do you expect from kids? there are some here his age and some older.

Well I like Prince so much, and his age just never really crossed my mind. I was just like, is he over 18? Yup...okay, I dig him. Age doesn't matter to me, it never really has. It's never been an issue to me, so I guess that's why it just plucks my nerves all to hell when they call him old.

I just hate that some people are some close minded that his age turns them off. Forget that's pretty or that he can make a stratocaster scream, no he's old...oh perish the thought.

I can't stand a person with a mind the size of a matchbook.

Old, is just a term that can represent wiser. When it comes to bodies...we can get another one...and will...

I'm not surprised someone commented that he was old. I'm 33 y/o and this teenager at work called me an old man! I asked him how old he thought I was and he replied with a straight face, "around thirty". lol

A 27-year-old coworker was talking about how he felt weird going to a concert with his Dad's younger brother because he was so old... I asked how old, and he said 40!
I looked at him , and said, "Lee, I'm 41."
He paused and said, "Yeah, but you're not my uncle".

If U think about it, tho. Prince has been around for a long time. In music business years, he is old. "Purple Rain" came out when I was in high school, and that was his 6th album. Most acts are gone within a few years....

He's old enough to be my dad. So he is old.

Many orgers here say that age doesn't matter, and in some ways it shouldn't. But how outraged would every one be here if he would date a woman his age or 10 years older. Then everybody would go, she's too old for sexy little Princey, but if Prince dates women half his age, age all of a sudden doesn't seem to matter.
Prince is very hypocritical when it comes to that matter. He wants everybody to believe that age doesn't matter but I haven't seen him with a woman that was anywhere near his age since he was in his twenties.
I think it's fair to say that Prince likes his woman young and therefore discriminates against women his age or older.
There is a reason why we get older and show signs of aging. Instead of dealing with the fact gracefully , everybody in and around Hollywood gets nipped, tucked and botoxed to create the illusion that they stay forever young.
If you show signs of aging in America people treat you almost like an outcast unless you're a man who's rich and famous.
Unfortunately even the rich and famous aren't able to keep their young armcandy around for long and the young women have to be replaced every few years with an even younger sexier model.
How sad!!!

Considering that most of the people posting comments at Yahoo Answers are 13-15 years old, then yeah, Prince is too old for them to even be thinking about his hotness. He's not too old for me though.
