voice effect sounds the same but i'm not sure it's the same guy.

I just listened to shockedelica, sounds the same to me.

Officially, no. Camille is listed on his recordings and Camille can have a deep voice too (Like on Scarlet Pussy).

But some people like to assume the sped up voice is Camille, and could therefore lump in tracks like Love Or Money, Come on or dance 4 me.

But until Prince confirms the return of his old alter ego (something he never does), then Camille hasn't surfaced since 1988.

Aw, I wanted it to be Camille, if he brought "Prince' back, he should bring Camille back.

It's close, but not quite. He's used a similar in between voice in the past, but it never measured up to the Camille voice. Camille was always a tad higher and "screechier" to me.
