Support or Contact Info?

Does anyone know how to contact the Lotusflow Support Team, if u have problems, I have emailed the SalesLotusflow addr thats on the but no Response, I was Charged Twice on my Credit card.... a total of 154.00 And there is no Info at all..To address any Problems.....i Am Not A Happy Prince Fan Right now.....
