A friend of mine told me yesterday that Prince was pro- proposition 8. If that is true it is very disappointing to me. Does anyone know anything about this?

He was misquoted in an article late last year, and people took it as anti-gay. If the reporter knew Prince and how he thinks, she'd have not printed it the way she did. Prince later spoke out and said it was misquoted, did he not?

Being a JW, he doesn't care about those things anyway. I think it's a lazy way of ignoring issues to just say "We don't vote, we don't participate in that." You know what Prince, if you don't vote, then don't preach about shit on your songs.
