I think the song is a cool way to give her a shoutout. None of us knows what exactly the genesis was...maybe they shared a hot minute once upon a time? maybe he was married and wishing he wasn't (lol)...maybe they just got along great and had friendly fun?? Maybe he caught the news story in passing and just thought it'd be funny to dedicate a song to the moment. Seems like they're both kinda jokesters...they might click like that.

It sounds to me to be more tribute than come on. 'Valentina, your mama was the ish back in the day, tell her to holla sometime', lol?
