Well, I don't know what to say...Bria is doing just fine at the interview, but when thinking about what kind of lyrics she sings on her CD I'm not sure that I would look so proud standing there...and when thinking about that she's the woman Prince might even marry (!!!??)...I don't understand him either. Why would any man want his woman to sing nasty songs about their sexlife, and give it out on a CD? Do they belive "ordinary" people are getting jelous of them? As if a private sexlife isn't as good as an official one? Oh, and I don't agree that the lyrics are "nasty". They are sexual, but they aren't crude. In fact, they express the sexual in a very sensual, classy way. The whole thing is in the vein of the classic R&B seduction CDs that were such a staple of the 70s and 80s. Sex doesn't always equate with nastiness...unless you're a total prude.

Well, if you think lyrics about how the woman hardly can walk after having sex with her lover is sensual... than I doubt you know much about sensuality...but I agree, some parts of "Elixer" IS sensual, and the music is beautiful. I was one of the first to praise the CD. I still have this feeling about Prince manipulating young women into singing those kind of songs for (and about) him (so he don't have to do it himself). Just look about how Denise Matthews feel about the past with Prince today. Hey! He's a 50 years old man today, after all...

I don't think I'm very prude or anything - but no man on this planet would get me to sing those kind of songs for him to give out on a CD! And I'm not even a JW...

actually ...she can stand her own..the other ones never were interviewed by themselves...and she talks quite natural...didnt seem to coached to me...and i have seen his coached ones....with him right there....chill out really she is good.

just seemed that way to me....she seems a little more independant than most....

her voice is pretty nice .....and even better than the others to me....so i dont know....

but i see something different in her..more grown..and in a interview it was said she can and does hold her own in a conversation ...alot more than others did ...
