Dude isnt going to retire.. i'd hate for you to be further inconvenienced by his insistance to create music you hate, so I think maybe you need to get off the purple bus now? What you think?  One minute they want peace……

Really sad. Lyrically, this stuff could've been written by a 12-year old. Musically, it's lazy, with only a few exceptions. I won't play this when friends are over; it would be far too embarrassing.

Yeah, after positive reviews I'm sure he is very worried about his reputation among a vocal minority on prince.org. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

I dont hope that he will retire.... He made a lot of great albums the last ten years (as ever) - maybe some of you need to retire from Prince... STOP the hating.. please
