If Prince pulled a Pearl Jam...... Assume that Prince launches an extensive tour for the Lotusflow3r project. What if he decides to make available all the live shows for download via the website, similar to what Pearl Jam, Tori Amos and other artists have done?
Would that lead to more people joining? And what if there's an extra fee - like $10.00 a show, on top of the cost of the site. Would you try and d/load all the shows, or just certain ones? I'm a huge Tori Amos fan and ended up d/loading almost all of the shows she made available, but in the case of Pearl Jam i only got a few. But knowing the level of Prince fans' devotion, I can imagine that alot of people would want all of them. * * *

However, I'd like to see ticketing similar to PJ's (or what NIN/JA have done with their tour) though! | |
