Yep...LOVED this track the first time I heard it. Just great!

Instant classic in my opinion!

In fact I am under-listened to the rest of the new songs because I keep hitting repeat...

Being in the UK, I wont have the albums for another week or so. I have pre-ordered them so I'm tring not to read too much stuff about them because I don't want my own judgement to be swayed. Having said that though, that is because new stuff is usually slated so it's really refreshing to read (nearly!) everyone being so positive about it all.
I just had to read this one because whenever I see those words, Dance 4 me I immediately think of Wayne from Whose Line is it anyway!!

One of his best songs ever...any era.

But, Love from 3121 had the same "hit" potential and it went nowhere.

Let's face it...it's a hit (for our ears only).

And for the record Come On is nothing Come On from NPS. Also since when do people have a problems with Prince doing POP songs. He career is mostly build around pop songs and some great ones at that

I can't stop listening to this song. I just love the way he sings this song with the Camille vocals. He had better release this!

This reminds me of the Singles and B-sides...you put the 45 on and your just blown away.....

I LOVE the sound of this track, but at first I was thinking that these had to be the worst lyrics he's ever written. But then a friend pointed out that the lyrics of Erotic City were no great shakes either. It's funny how when songs become classics you just stop noticing the flaws, or they just cease to become flaws somehow.

This is one of my favourites too. The intro reminds me a little of Lady Cab Driver, but that's a cool thing.

I'd be a very happy man if there was a version with regular vocals. The musical arrangement is amazing. With that one change, I would consider that song the best of the new 2 discs.

Everytime Prince releases an album there is always a knee jerk reaction from fans on these sites 'this song is a hit !!' or 'if only this song was the single ....'. Then of course none of the songs become hits or even popular.. Then Prince starts going on about the 'gate keepers' who wont play his songs etc, ....then the fans buy into that nonsense.

I think lyrically and musically it's got to be better than this tune.

I guess only time will tell if it's a hit or not, but i know where I would put my money.

This song is the ish! Serious 80's overtones, but done in a good way. It's just a feel good song. Much props Prince!

Classic Prince. A definite gem.

I'm djing a dance party in May and I've been debating which Prince song to play, but Prince decided for me when he released this little nugget. Too funky.
