This kind of thing borders on a megalomania type of disorder. Really.

It's a sick obsession. Even sicker that fans will stomp on in here and defend his right not to have free advertising! lol

The commerical ran Thursday during Oprah. That's a very big audience, and you know that Oprah loves Prince.

Take a look on Amazon.ca -- they are selling it for $26.99. I heard through the NewPowerNorth Prince Yahoo group that a deal with Universal to distribute the triple-album throughout Canada is in the works.

I hope that people will just accept the albums, not worry about if its selling, because its not going to be a big seller, so lets get real and deal with it. Also the downloads and the 77 dollars sign ups dont count towards his sales, so i think you can honestly estimate this cd selling about 150,000 overall, not one week, overall.

.
ehh...think you will be proved very wrong...the album is heading for 150,000 copies sold in the FIRST WEEK ....and thats without counting downloads...lotusflower will sell well...my guess ....around a million in the us....and a possible number one album

sry. my computer is acting a fool edit

So Prince had the above vid taken down. That makes all kinds of marketing sense. Less people will see the advertisement, but dammit, the copyright is controlled.

What. A. Fucking. Idiot.

He seems to do all kind of shit these days that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Anyone with good sense would want all the advertisement for their new album that they could get. Or maybe he finally listened to some of the tracks himself, heard how rediculous he sounded on them, and hopes the whole thing will just go away. lol

I have seen the Target Commerical allot actually.

I think since they are seeing the album is selling they pumped it up even more. I saw it last night on VH1 - MTV - E! - NBC

- Who has seen the Facebook promotion in the right corner. It's been there for 3 days now!
