Make your own "Special Edition" of LotusFlow3r (the album)

Just got back from Target, and, while listening to the sequence of Boom/C+C, realized that you can splice in C+C after "Boom" on the website download, and it fits PERFECTLY.

"Boom" is precisely the same on both releases, btw.

And, for what it's worth, you can place "The Morning After" directly after C+C, and that also sounds good. For whatever reason, placing C+C anywhere but after Boom makes its opening sound rather abrupt. But "The Morning After" sounds okay removed from the context of following "Boom."

Anyway, for all the hassle it has proved to acquire all the songs (officially), you might as well make yourself a deluxe, super duper exclusive edition of the album. (Unless of course you just hate, "The Morning After," which I don't.)

And if you downloaded the WAV files for LotusFlow3r, you can go ahead and make yourself an entirely new CD-quality release.

Cheers.

do you know how long 'Boom' is on that album?

The download I think is like 3:10.

By the way I agree with what you are saying!

Put 'Dreamer' up there before the 'Boom''C+C' 'The Morning After' and makes a killer opening.

cool

I just stuck it on the end. It sounds nice there, finishing the album.

I put C&C after Boom and then used iTunes to trim it's length to 3:48 so there is no few second gap between it and The Morning After. Works great - no flow ruining few seconds of silence.
