Is anyone else having this problem? I don't seem to have any problems downloading the new albums but I'm having real problems extracting the zip files. When I right click I don't get the option to extract at all like I would with normal zip folders. I'm using Vista - anyone else having similar problems? I download lots of music but don't usually have any problems - only it seems when I fork out $77! Waaagh! Apologies if this has already addressed on here.

i did have this exact problem with vista... this is how i fixed it:

1. deleted all downloaded files that will not open or unzip
2. cleared all browser cookies, cache & temp internet files
3. did a system restore to an earlier date (3/19 in my case)
4. checked for and installed windows updates
5. installed mozilla firefox
6. updated adobe flash player
7. entered site using firefox, downloaded albums in mp3 format
8. was then able to extract all normally and move file to itunes/ipod

all are of excellent quality and sound great in my vehicle! only dissapointment is no album art carried over.

all I did was add .zip to the file name. I was then able to get at the music.

I shouldn't have had to do this.

I downloaded MPLSound using Firefox and that worked file without me having to do anything.

The site seems to work better all round for me with Firefox.

I had that problem too, found the answer on the org.

I think they'll remove that soon, If i wasn't so hardcore I would have just given up and waited to get the CD's.

i had the same problem, but was able to extract them..after u download the zip file right click on it..under properties right click, under security there is a tab to unblock the files ..click the tab and hit apply. should be able to extract the files after that..it worked for me as was able to extract them and burn to cd....for some reason security on my computer was blocking the files..said something about being downloaded from an unkown computer..anyways give it a try hope it works for u

Try on a newer computer with Vista, if you know someone with a laptop with Vista??
