Has there ever been a less cool Prince band member? Who does Prince owe a favor to let this guy onstage with him?

He is an amazing harmonica player. Check his cover of Little wing on youtube with David Chapelle and you'll see what I mean.

Stevie Wonder had him in his band lately.

I saw him live with Stevie Wonder playing 'Boogie On Reggae Woman.'

I liked him on Old School Company..but he didnt fit on Dreamer..could have been left off

The guy is good. So what if he's not cool? A person needs a certain element of dorkiness to get involved with the purple camp. I've got no complaints.

He's a cool guy.

he's fine at what he does but he needs to be used in moderation. prince doesn't need every song to sound like the theme to roseanne, come on now. easy on the harp, killer!

He can play, but looks very uncool. Have him play from behind the stage or something

I just watched the YouTube clips... I ended up watching Dave Chapelle, Erykah Badu, and Stevie Wonder. That guy is good. I never heard of him before and was wondering who he was, but I dug what I just heard.

As a hard core fan for like 27 years, I think it is great to add the harp. It really gave Ol skool an amazing quality. And leave to Prince to bring new angles to his scence. I mean, it pushed the funk vibe off the table. I loved it, the guys got my vote.
