One - the plastic CD itself is a delivery method to get music onto my computer. From there I can burn a "listening copy" and create iPod versions too.

The original CD gets put away immediately. Plus, it ain't that hard to find CDs online if one gets lost or damaged.

based on what I've heard so far, he'll be damn lucky if I pay for one

None I ordered mine from Target and it will be here next week. But I've got the tracks saved on my real player already cause somebody sent them to me.

Im heading there now (Im lucky that Target it right on my block 1-2 minute walk) and picking up 2, one for my sister in the Dominican Republic (she's the one who turned me on to Prince when I was really little) and one for me.

I don't know where to post this;

Well, I just bought a copy and this older man was running down toward
electronics and he looked like he was heading toward me..I was like
then he grabbed the CD, I guess he thought it was going to be all out
when the store has only been open for about 2 hours. He grabbed one,
checked out in Electronics and zoooomed back down,,I assume he was going to be late for
work or something, but it was cool to see this gray headed gentleman get
his Prince on.. :

Then I was talking to the young guy behind the counter because I didn't
even noticed the BIG sticker on the ground.
I was like that is cool, Do you have more in the back? He laughed and
said "no" and then told me sorry I already claimed that one. I said
you are going to want that when everyone has stepped all over it
with their dirty shoes, He told me; Yes, I can wash it off.
Then that is when I turned around and watched that older guy running
toward me...

I was at TARGET in QUEENS and I purchased two copies. One to open up and enjoy and one to save in my PRINCE COLLECTION SEALED!! What a great 3 album cd set!!!

I went earlier today and two older people (in their 60's maybe) were standing at the display and as I walked up and picked up my copies they asked if they thought they should buy it. They said their heard someone on the radio here (96.3 WHUR Howard University Radio) mention it. I described the albums for them and they said they were looking forward to hearing it.

It was the first time I saw really old people into Prince. It kinda shocked me.
