He invited me to sing a song during a soundcheck once and I said no. It was at the Empire Ballroom in 06 and the song was "Peach." I did not mean any disrespect. I was afraid of him taking the mic from me, not to mention that I am extremely shy. Later that year he stuck his mic in my face and had me say the "Musicology" part with a big smile on his face. It was like he remembered the fear in my eyes when he asked me earlier. Oh yeah, and the second guy he asked got up and did a great job at the Empire Ballroom.
