Are Prince Promo copies sent from Paisley Park worth anything of value?

Are official vinyl demos worth anything?

I have purple rain, controversy, parade, 1999, dirty mind, Around the world in a day.

I guess Demos is not the right word. I have copies that were sent from paisly park to a music station. The have printed on them not for sale in gold letters.

what's a "vinyl demo" when it's at home?

If you mean vinyl albums, then the answer's "No, not really".
Regular copies of most of Prince's albums were sold in such great numbers
that they're not rare at all, and therefore not worth much secondhand.

Ah, I see you mean gold stamp promos. Again, no, they're not that rare
either and not usually worth much more than a regular pressing.

actually promos are not "sent from Paisley Park" Promos were sent through Warner Brothers to stations and club dj's this is what is called a "Service list"

I was so glad to see that some of the work was done at Paisley Park. It would have been a shame if it hadn't, so for all Minniehahas (myself incuded) can't say he doesn't come home,

A lot of collectors like the 12 inch promos especially if the album cover sleeve is different than cover sleeves for commercial release. Most of prince's 12 inch promos up to Around the World in a Day are nice colllectable just because of the sleeves
