Please help a stupid person?? Hi everyone,
Feeling really thick this morning. I can't rememeber my password or screename so can't retrieve it va email for the lotus site. Also i'm sure it's more than easy, but what the hell do I put in the ticket????  sorry for being dull

I had to put in a new username and password because it wouldn't take the one I usually use, and that's the ones they send the emails to. | |
