We were promised that members would get general releases first. If this isn't the case then we may as well wait till the shops stock the products, instead of paying to be a member of the club. I would suggest less rhetoric and better business practices, or else you stand to lose customers. whilst also being liable for prosecution by Trading Standards, an organisation for which I work. We have recently worked with US counter parts on investigating several US sites, 3 of which have had legal proceedings brought against them for misleading and incorrect advertising/billing,



Although I understand the logistic issues of releasing a product to already paying customers via the internet and, therefore the mailing system, I would recommend that Products be advertised with this consideration and/or greater time allotted for the packing and distribution process.
