Three albums of new material for only $12 yet people are still bitching because the case is cardboard instead of plastic? Are you serious?!?!?

I swear people bitch about the stupidest things sometimes. Considering that his last few albums have been in similar packaging, I really don't see what the problem is or why anybody is even remotely surprised that it looks this way. For only $12, I really don't know what people were expecting because I was expecting the artwork (if any) to look much cheaper than this. Since I can't play the album packaging in a CD player, I really don't give a shit what it looks like? Seriously, for $12, he could have put all three discs in a ziplock bag and written the title on that baggie with a purple sharpie; as long as the discs play, I'm good. It's the music I'm paying for not the album artwork, but that's just me. Plus, he just released a whole book with nothing but photos of himself in it, so what's this need for pics in the album...just go and buy the book.

It's been a big trend to stop doing Jewel cases in the industry per say. It cuts cost for one, and keeps money for the big wigs and artists. And it helps the environment. It's exactly what I thought it would look like. Cheers


Oh and if u desperately need a jewel case, buy some , print art work, and there u have it yourself. (sometimes we find the most worthless stuff to complain about, seriously)

seeing this, i'm not gonna feel so bad if i show up at target on sunday and their stock is already sold out when i show up, especially if i already have the downloads from the site. i want this for my collection, but seeing that it's pretty bare-boned, i can be happy with just having the music on my iPod until i am able to get the hard copy in my sweaty paws.

not that i won't be trying this sunday.
