rainbow children/the truth i recently put all my prince cds onto my mp3 player even my least favourite albums the rainbow children and the truth,i could never get into them at all,i bought them as soon as they were releasd played them once and never botherd again,so last week on the way to work i thought what the hell ill play them all the way through,wow! its like ive discoverd two new lost cds and now i cant stop playing them,so why couldnt i get into them when they first came out? well i have now learnt my lesson and from now on will give any new cd i buy a few listens all the way through before i decied to dismiss it. | |

I love them both 2, The Rainbow Children was Prince at his story telling best, i love the romantic raw quality of The Truth
...it's a shame the youth of today will never get to here them...still they can always watch a video of When Doves Cry and other 80's gems | |

The Rainbow Children was and always will be a muscial masterpiece to me.
A very complex and diverse album which takes u to a loooong adventure which may never end | |
