Whilst there is much to be enthusiastic about as far as the music of Lotus Flower and MPLSound are concerned, the lyrics are not the most impressive. I'm wondering where the lyricist of SOTT and Lovesexy has gone... Even the naive singer of songs about Ronnie Talking To Russia would be welcome compared to some of the nonsense he sings on these new albums. For a man of fifty, Prince's lyrics lack maturity. A pity, because I'm really enjoying much about this new website and the new music.

I've never even noticed anything like that. With Prince's recent way of keeping the lyrics cleaner but still trying to get the message across I can understand that it may not be as easy as it use to be for him. But it's fine!
