Orgers - please explain how you KNOW that Purple Rain is the work of Prince and that you are not fooling yourselves? I believe that Purple Rain is nothing more than an album that was written and performed by Donny Hathaway and that it has no Prince-ly origins. I can say this because there is no evidence or proof that the album has any connection with Prince for which there is also absolutely no evidence or proof.

These doesn't even classify as conspiracy theory, more like 'pissing off' theory
