Why the fuck did they put a copy of "One Nite Alone" in the "One Nite Alone... Live" box set??? We already got this as part of the club...

People who buy this at the store will get everything from this year's club if the set that just arrived IS the set that is going to retail... only they will pay about $40 for it instead of $100.

Did everyone get a suspicious extra copy of "One Nite Alone" in their set???

No, not everyone, NOT ME!!
And I am upset because I joined the club late and never got the piano cd in the first mailing, so now I still don't have one. Everyone wish me luck trying to get one from NPGMC. So far they have not responded to my emails.

Those people who have received a copy of the Live set have reported receiving a copy of ONA too, in line with the NPGMC mirror message to people about the extra copy.

Some people have speculated that they included it because they had lost track of who had already received a copy. This is clearly not the case because the database details displayed in the UR ACCOUNT section of the website indicates whether a copy has already shipped to you.

Others have speculated that it was easier for NPGMC simply to instruct Gage to dispatch a copy of ONA in every box rather than check against the database for each box dispatched, to ensure that every member had at least received one copy of ONA.

There is no indication at present that ONA will be included in the box set going to retail.

i was wondering the same thing, but i see this as an oppurtunity to give it to someone who isnt a member, and doesnt have it already. so PRINCE !! i'm sharing your music... but you sent it to me when i already ahd it so there !!! LOL

Hey, I'm a nice Orger, who has a nice, little space in his Prince scetion of the CD rack. With it also being Xmas, the time for sharing etc.

I think they just wanted to make sure everyone got a copy of ONA--and likely lack the system to decipher who got what already...OR...it will be included in the retail box set, and whatever company that manufactured the box set put ONA in every box regardless.
I like it cuz it makes a great xmas gift for my little sis.
