i would be fucking heartbroken if prince finally releases old unreleased classics-roadhouse,dream factory on some halfbaked website where only but a handful of nutters and"fams" will get to salivate about them

those albums deserve a PROPER release-they are staggering classics-in my mind some of the greatest music of the 20th century

prince do what you like with shit like disco jellyfish etc BUT DANG! give those revolution classics a proper boxed det release with alan leeds liner notes etc

jony this has been discussed here time and time again and to this day have you even heard once that Prince is making an attempt to release his stuff from two decades ago? It seems Prince is the type of artist that constantly moves forward and aims at creating new music and releasing it soonafter. Look at the Black Album he created it in 88 decided to release it then held back. The only reason it came out in 94 was cuz of WB not Prince. He was already ten steps and 5 or 6 albums ahead by that point. calling it a half baked website and clowning discojellyfish which I heard wasn't even gonna be on any of his new albums anyway is kinda pointless considering he's already knee deep in this project. I wonder if he decided to release the roadhouse sessions right now and hold back the lotusflower project at the last second how many of you folks would complain that he can't be original and come out with some new product. Prince just can't seem to satisfy some of you diehards.
