Prince did say at the O2 "This is my house now, no one gonna take that away". Every time I go back there, I miss that centre stage. He's right as far as I'm concerned lol

Its amazing where all the mj fans who bought tickets suddenly appear from !!most have been sucked up in the hype of the last couple of weeks.most seem to have forgoten the last 15 years of the two counts of child abuse which he paid off both instead of fighting to prove his inasence! The secret bedroom enclosed inside the walls of his Neverland ! stuff fall of kids toys and porno mags!!
The claims from his manager about locking himself in his hotal room with one of the boys while his family are given credit cards to go shopping to keep them out of the way .
The sad truth is that most people want to belive they are going to see the MJ of 1983 i think they will be very disapointed!!!

For the Micheel shows there are also aftershow tickets!
So we count 100 shows?

No, Michael will not appear at the aftershow, the site says.

They say there won't even be live music. It's just a party, so definitely can't count the number of shows as 100!

I find it very amusing how Prince fans tend to hate on MJ. Prince has never been a draw like MJ when it comes to concert sales anyway. Fact. So why would this be surprising that MJ has sold the way he has? The Prince fan community is like a grain of sand compared to the mass amount of fans MJ has. Michael doesn't have to tour every couple of years...he's been doing it since Prince was playing basketball with his friends. I think some people tend to forget that it is Michael who is the veteran in this business. Not Prince. Prince still has a LOONG way to go to even catch up with the records that MJ has broken. Fact. lol

MJ's list of performances is absolutely impressive.
I think both artists' achievements stand in their own right.

Doubtless many of us do hate on MJ. I, however, very much enjoy listening to Jacko's music and think he is talented in the extreme. Prince is still THE MAN and nobody can touch His Purple Majesty!

One: I don't think MJ will perform more than 21 nights at O2. It doesn't matter if they sell out or not - it matters that he literally shows up and performs. I don't think he has the determination and patience to break the record.

Two: if MJ has already sold out 50 dates, I'm thinking he/his record label had something to do with it. They probably made a deal with the arena to buy up any unsold tickets just to be able to tout them as "sold out".

did not consider the aftershows, you have a point there.

"I wanted to document something that was never done before," he says, pausing at a photo of himself immersed in fog onstage. "I don't expect that record to be broken unless I break it."

The organisers say they have.

Sure, they say that ALL THE TIME.
And then,
suddenly,
out of thin air,
NEW tickets become available.
And again.
And again.

You didn't learn this during the 2007 presales for Prince at the O2?
