Did Prince give our email address to Target? I have never received an email from Target and today I had one. I don't want junk mail....Plus, there was not mention of Prince.


Did anyone else get this?

A Target Center email showed up in my in-box today. Purps sold his list. No fucking scruples, that guy. Most other artist's sites specifically say that they won't sell their lists. Not Prince's.

Time will tell if other companies obtain the list.

Not that big of a deal, but super cheesy on his part.

When I went to order the cd on Target's website there was an option use my amazon login. That's what I used. I haven't receieved any emails from Target accept for my order confirmation.

I got the Target emale 2,but I really don't mind.I hope Target sendz me emalez concerning lotusflow3r,tho.

y do people automatically want to judge Prince's "Scruples" beacuse they got an email from target? that could have come from anywhere. if you don't want emails..un-subscribe. dAmn!!

Like most commercial websites, the Target website requires one to exercise a negative option regarding future e-mails when placing an online order. If you don't exercise the negative option by unchecking the appropriate box, you're explicitly giving Target permission -- as indicated by the above-quote language from their website -- to send you e-mail solicitations.
