Under The USA Homeland Security Bill Prince could be..

considered a "Terrorists". Why are people in the USA not upset over this bill? I know some are. Are you awake there? Artists like Prince may have a hard time writting albums like TRC in the future without being investigated by the big brother or being labelled a "terrorist". The world is in a crisis right now and its time to really look at things. We can't let the world be taken over by these creeps who don't support freedom and introduce thses evil bills! I think this is what Prince is trying to say with this tour. Time to Rise Up Rainbow Children. peace

To protect the "freedoms" of this so-called "free" country, the right to dissent or question its leadership is slowly being taken away.

So, either you agree with us, or your ways are inferior and dangerous... hmmm.

Speaking as someone who is as pro-defendant as you can get (I work as an attorney for indigent defendants--and would be considered "left" even for a defense attorney), I have to say that this post is a huge overreaction. I think Ashcroft has overstepped his authority somewhat in the past year, but on the whole, the United States has a better balance between freedom and security (and leans much more towards the freedom side of the spectrum) than any other place in the world.
