HECK YEAH! this is just a few of those moments.
During the 7 day Celebration he did Sometimes It Snows in April.... and out of no where (I was so embarrassed ) tears was falling,I was bawling make up ruined and all. oh and JUST MY IMAGINATION .....played on WBAI chokes me up every time. There's a build up to the song coupled with the last note he hits.My mercy 
lets hope THE Dance will happen in my lifetime so I can throw myself on the floor in a puddle of my own snot and tears looking real distraught.  |

I was sitting up in bed on last New Year's Eve, watching the Prince "tribute" band Purple Reign "perform" on Letterman's show.
I cried a little then because I missed him and it was apparent to me how much I missed him as I was watching this terrible mockery of his music LIVE ON NATIONAL TV. And I spoke a little prayer to God to please let Prince come back out and play. Then about a month later I hit up Prince.org and found out about the new tracks. And THEN I got to hear them thanks to the power of the internets. Sitting there, listening to Colonized Mind and knowing that there was more new stuff coming I cried HARD. The work. Let me show you it. | |

One day a few years ago, a tear streamed down my cheek when listening to condition of the heart, it must of been the fragility in his voice in that song. It was weird as fuck cos i was typing up an essay at the time. That being said it may have been the essay that made me cry | |
