Greatest album "ever" my a$$  ... i guess mainly based on releases starting from the 80's til now. Last time i checked,
"ever" still meant imo also the 60's and 70's, hence actually even the earlier years of classical composers. But i understand that it's for the targetgroup of MTV, which main channel is today about real-life soaps, crib shows, pimp my car, etc which is all good and appeals to their focussed targetgroups, but not really relevant as a groundbreaking music-channel, though they have or had their sub-channels MTV2 and MTV Base, but i'm not up-to-date about their current state of launching new & interesting acts.
