Why NO INTERNATIONAL Pre-Order for the LotusFlow3r CD set!

I just don't understand .... his biggest and strongest following is in Europe (and even Japan)
Why is it not possible to order them internationally yet ... what a buch of amateurs ... www .... world wide web ???!?!?!?!?!?!?
