moody, depressing, sad, sad Prince Inspired by the funk I'm in today...
What are your favorite Prince songs to listen to while you're feeling blue? Does it lift you up, or does it allow you to sink down and wallow? Which do you prefer? |

the prince album is what i listen 2 whenever i feel down...which is odd, cuz p wuz moody on that album as well.

OLD FRIENDS FOR SALE!
When I'm depressed, I love to listen to that song cause you can hear, and even more importantly, really feel how hurt Prince was by his close friends including Big Chick at that time. I guess when I get depressed, I want to feel even more depressed to really have the feeling sink in.

then again I'd probably wanna listen to Gett Off - but HouseQuake is the bomb song to get funky & lift your spirits shut up already, damn! Sign of the Times is my favorite album of all time - my favorite song that makes me happy/smile is Ballad of Dorothy Parker - I have a dear friend who plays/sings in a band & he once sang that for/to me at a gig...Almost as good as Prince singing it to me himself.
