Suggest A Book & Movie For Prince To Read & See

You might think the man is a genius, or could stand to broaden his horizons. Imagine it's an ideal world & he's taking a break from the Bible study long enough to do just that. If you had the chance to recommend one movie for him to see & one book, what would they be? And why?

All That Jazz

Because its a great musical that's a fantasy bio of Fosse where the protagonists sets parts of his life to music and dance. Even stages his own death scene. Dated but very creative.

Match Point. A great argument for there being no God.

Mikhail Bulgakov The Master and Margarita

I think P could appreciate the irony.. of the devil making a visit to a town in the guise of a man-sized upright walking talking cat.

A town that no longer believes in God or the Devil.. or man-sized upright walking talking cats!! The cat is accompanied by a few demon friends & together they cause mischief and mayhem and drive most of the town insane
(the townsfolk go insane trying to comprehend the very existence of the Devil and what this signifies) Only one man is smart enough to recognise what is going on an resist the spell woland (the cat) is weaving..

Its actually an angry satire aimed at the Soviet repressive regime Lenin is depicted as the devil who brings disaster to Russia as its translated from Russian its a bit wordy but well worth the read

cant spell edit

Normally, I hate bad fiction but I Googled it and couldn't find a single mention of it, so if you'd like to Orgnote me the info on it, I'd like to check it out just to see how it ends. wink

I thought U'd never ask...It's a movie I wrote and have stored away...She rides off into the sunset with her private diary about her Prince. She hand delivers the Sun her heart's desires for the sake of Romantic discretion. The passion for her Beau keeps the sun burning U know. cool
