I just though it was odd he mentioned food so much.

Yeah, you all are mentioning some good ones.

Another recurring theme in Prince music is Bath Tubs or Taking a Bath for instance...

In Dorothy Paker She asks him; If he wants a bath, and then he says, "Coool, but I'm leaving my pants on, cuz I'm kinda going with someone..."

In When 2 R In Love "Come bathe with me, we'll drawn each other in each other's emotion...bathe with me..."

And in The video for When Doves Cry he's in a freaking tub, butt-ball naked!

Anyway,everybody Knows Food and sex are Tied into 1 so since Prince is so Sexual of Course he talks about Satiating his Cravings/Hunger. But yes at one time I did hear he wasn't eating Much and was eating Bread and drinking Water.
