I read that Prince won an Oscar for Purple Rain back in the day...and it being post-Oscar-Monday I wondered if anyone knows whether the man got up on stage to collect his award, what he was wearing and what his speech was like???

Thanks for the info! The man looks superb there, a time when stars had proper style, even if it was a little off the wall sometimes. I love that Prince wears what he likes and not what he thinks will make him look the most fashionable in keeping with what everyone else is wearing.

Does anyone know what he said in his acceptance speech?....I'd love to hear it!
