Did they win an award for "Parade" or were they presenting an award?

And does anyone remember he was there in 1986 also dressed like CHRISTOPHER from UTCM?.

Correction it was the Grammy's cause he gave Huey Lewis and the News an award. I loved this and his outfit. Someone on t.v. or in the newspaper said Prince looked like Mary Magdeline. It might have been Cindy Adams or Liz Smith.

I had a picture of them from that night taped to the inside of my locker in high school!

Oh my Gosh over 20 years ago. we're getting old but aren't the memories great!

Oh whoops. I should have known from Wendy's and Lisa's hair, but his hair threw me off.

Hell yeah he won that Oscar!! We had it good back then, man...I cannot think of an artist today that electrified the way he did. The award shows felt so major back then. But then again, I was super young and impressionable so maybe it just seemed like the world stopped after Prince or Michael would perform or show up to these shows. lol
