I recently saw Under the cherry moon for the first time in ages, and I have a couple of questions:

In the beginning when Cristopher Tracy is in the bathtub why is Tricky in the same room with him?


Another thing: At the end of the movie why did Cristopher take the boat out to get Mary? Tricky got to the same place without taking a boat.

1.) I guess it was because they only had one bathroom and they wanted to talk. The real question why did Tricky sprinkle rose petals in the tub??

2.) I have no idea man.

Please, try not to think about these questions so much and just enjoy the movie.

There are so many Funny parts in that movie. Here's a good one. Prince {Christopher} and Jerome{Tricky} in the Cafe and Tricky asks Prince if he is afraid of Bats and then points to the corner of the cafe and Prince nearly Chokes on his Food Screaming and the whole place shooting out of that place like bats out of Hell. Love that Crazy-Ass part. Was that Planned or did it just happen to be? Questions,Questions...Ponder,Ponder...Hum?? Scratch...Enquiring Sickos wanna KNOW!!! Doo,Doo

What about when he's messing with Mary while she's talking on the phone and they yell at each other. He's something about diapers lol but the funny part is when right before he leaves the rooms he makes this little pansy shuddering sound. Anyone remember that part? lol.

That whole birthday party scene is good. Along with the one in the restaurant/lounge the next morning after the party. The camera scans the room and the first time, the one couple is arguing and another couple is getting all kissy-face. The next time around, the first couple has made up and the lady from the second couple smacks the guy in the face and passes Mary and her goons on the way out. I thought it was a great way to introduce the vibe of the setting and bring it around to an entrance for the characters to begin their dialogue...

"You've been practicing that all night, haven't you? Wanna dance?"

You're soo right it was and yes,I forgot about that one and Prince cracks me up with the part How Big Is your Boyfriend and how about the Loafer part? The Goon Squad of Mary's Dad throws them out of Mary's party and Prince and Tricky Infuriate them Tricky by scuffing one of their Loafers and the Bodyguard says I'll Kill Him and tricky says Only Confused Men wear loafers and You're not Confused are you? Then Christopher says When My Boat Comes In...I Ain't Ever Gonna treat People Like that...Goon says you Got a Boat..Christopher says How Much Money Do You Make??? Can't You Buy Some Cologne...Funny-ass Stuff.

Yeah,why was he wearing a wedding ring back then actually? He wasn't married. But that's a weird part also. So much to enjoy about UTCM.

And of course the every so famous WRECKA STOW I love how loud and ghetto Prince and Jerome laugh. I was rollin when I first saw that part. I still do.

^ LOL yeah what about the scene before they go to the resturant, I forgot the dialogue but Chris says something Tricky and then he starts mocking Tricky's heavy breathing and then Tricky yells how he'll slap the waves out his head. lol.

Such a Funny movie. And I for one am glad it was in Black and White cause it was more Artsy and Old TYME. Those Costumes Prince wore were Beautiful. The White One and the HeadDress Beaded number. So Beautiful. Oh, to see that up close. That costume must have weighed a ton also. All those Beaded things are soo Heavy.

Not the Restaurant in the Hotel Room he {Christopher} is staring at Tricky and they are giving each other the Stare-Down and Tricky is So Funny saying Honey, You Don't Know I will Slap Yo eyes Outta yo Face. Prince is busting up trying to hold his Laughing in.

How's about when Christopher first crashes Mary's party and Mary and Chris Meet and that Freakin Jungle Drum Music is Playing and Prince stares at Her flirting at her with those Intense Eyes??? She has the Spell cast on Her Now!!!
