Okay...I just did a quick check with Carver County, MN. The property is listed as belonging to PRN Music Corporation. Moreover, it has an assessed value of $6.2 million. There's no way he'd let it go for $1.3 million as that fsbo site indicated. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
