Okay so i am probably late but....i just started reading this book that I received at Christmas and I think it is one of the best Prince Biographies Ever!! Any other opinions out there??

i got my copy for 50% off plus another 10% off cuz i have a B&N members card...i don't know how much that came to, but i got a similar deal on the 21 nights book, so i was able to get both books for less than the price of ONE copy of 21 Nights at full retail!

oh, and yeah, the "life and times" book is a lot of fun to flip through.

I got mine as a Christmas gift too. I LOVE the cover, and I thought it was very informative with some great photos. It was definitely one of my favorite gifts this year.

I love how detailed it is....lots of stuff for the Music Nuts and lots of stuff for the "Prince personality nuts" also, I just thought it was well rounded and well thought out.

It's very good.

It would be sad as a paperback...the hard-cover is lovely!!

It looks great (although the cover is gaudy as hell). There's a fair few grammatical errors, and there's nothing in there you can't find more detailed in any of the Uptown-related books. Saying all that, it's a fine biog.

Some of the reviews I didn't agree with personall (The Family and Exodus spring to mind).
