who's 2 say sandra st victor didn't write the line about opening their legs again?
some have never heard of guide vocals which prince has been prone 2 do very often 4 all of his songs he gives 2 other artists i guess. so let's just do some wishful thinking that he's gay then. and i think smokey robinson, the corporation, and all those that ever wrote a song 4 a female is gay because that's the only way some will get their jollies off in thinking that way man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

This is no big deal. A few days ago, I was listening to Prince's demo version of "Melody Cool", "G-Spot" and "All Day, All Night". He just sings the song the way he hears it and the way he expects the artist to sing the song, nothing more.... "A united state of mind will never be divided

"Wishful thinking"? No, don't be dumb. Nobody's "wishing" Prince is anything. But plenty of you are flatout denying one of the possibilities. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

I like the lyrics but not heard the song.
I think P sees himself as both male and female at the same time and maybe even non sexual at all at times, he writes great songs but sometimes the meanings are unclear and yet the more we try and analyise things the less clear they become. I have never found it strange that he writes or sings songs that are clearly written from a woman's prospective - he is an artist that is what they do and I will never ever believe he is gay, and I wouldn't care if he was, he beyond sexual and just a great talented human being. I love y'all x

Some people on this board need to grow up and get off this gay witchhunt.
