Never heard of her before now, but after listening to some of her songs and watching some clips on youtube, I would much rather hear her voice over the tracks on Bria's upcoming album. I just don't get how Prince can surround himself with talented singers like Shelby, Marva and Liv and relegate them to background duty while he wastes quality tracks and promotional dollars on mediocore singers like Bria Valente. I know it's his prerogative to do whatever he wants with his music, but it all really seems like such a waste to me.  perfection is a fallacy of the imagination... | |

He without a doubt admires the vocal talents of ShelbyJ, Marva, Liv, Chaka, Rosie, Mavis [insert big boobed, Chocolate skinned, velvet voiced, powerhouse singer here]. But just not enough to create an Album for them at present perhaps he feels their talent speaks for itself and they dont need him, it's more he needs them?Maybe Marva and ShelbyJ's albums are simply in the queue and will be showcased after Bria's on the Lotusflow3r site as Tamar appeared to be evidence of a change in his fixation of creating albums only for mocca/latino ladies (it's unfortunate her album didnt see the light of day) but Maybe she will be one of the special guests on Lotusflow3r... cant spell edit [Edited 2/2/09 8:14am] One minute they want peace……
