When I first met my wife in High School, we were shopping at Target and we were browsing the vinyl LPs - Prince section, of course... I look over and she's got Controversy opened up. I'm like, "What are you doing?". She says "I need the poster, my step-dad ripped mine off my wall and threw it away."
That's how I found out the girl that would someday bear my child was a huge Prince fan. And a teenage shoplifter. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
