Planet Earth Vs White Flags of Winter Chimneys OK so which album do you prefer.
For me Planet Earth is the superior album. Sounds like Wendy and Lisa need Prince

White Flags was OK for the first couple of listens. It's just so lifeless and dull. The only times I've gotten through it after the first few listens is in my car, every other time I've fallen asleep and when I woke it was over.
I do really like the last song though Sweet Suite. Planet Earth has far more energy. I guess it comes down to taste. The one Wendy and Lisa Album I really like is Fruit At The Bottom, but thats probably because it's the one that sounds the most like a Prince album [Edited 1/26/09 11:13am]

Planet Earth is a cool album, some of the songs remind me of Dream Factory era stuff, such as Somewhere here on Earth, The 1 U wanna C, All The Midnights and Resolution.
I haven't listened much to the Wendy and Lisa album because it didn't really grip me, maybe I'll give it another listen, the melody's seemed weak and there wasn't any funk or pop stuff, it was all kind of like a Sheryl Crow album, not bad but a little bit ordinary.
