That cracked out guy in Dez's band is Doctor...? What the heel was he doing there...?

Dez must have needed an extra, and told Dr. he could make up his own dance moves...

Apparently. Does he EVER take those glasses off?
I don't think he was "cracked out", I don't think he can dance, notice how stiff he was in prince's band?

Best line in the movie though..God got Wendy's Period ...lasts about a Weekend. What about Bobby z where are his lines...As Prince says Are you Tired to? Who cares Man we're still a band{maybe not the exact quote but close.}

Hey folks. I just wanna make noteof 2 things. Notice how all the members of the Revolution had that new wave "peekaboo" hairstyle with one side overlapping their eye. Also, during the Time's performance of "The Bird", see if y'all could spot Prince's future bodyguards/backup dancers Greg Brooks & Wally Safford in the audience.

It's:
Prince: "are you tired too?"
Dr. Fink:"god got Wendy's period
reversed-it last's about a weekend".
Bobby Z.:"What difference does it make, man? We're still a group, right?"

I would know, since I've seen it like a million times. Personally my favorite line is when Wendy tells Prince off. Love that girl!

When The Kid plays the tape of a woman crying it's a backward recording, right? It's been ages since I've tried reversing this bit of audio, but does anybody remember what the recording is?

I never really understood why at the end of "The Bird", Morris Day stood by the wall looking all concerned and whatever.

I mean, I interpreted his look as being guilty, but not wanting to show it to his band, but there was nothing in the movie to suggest reasoning for his guilt up until that point. At least from his perspective.

I think they both had that look on their face when Prince and Wendy were simulating...well, you know.(Jill and the other waitress looked pretty pissed too) And the crowd didn't look too thrilled when he did "darling nikki".

He probaly felt guilty after he made that remark, "how's the family?" That WAS pretty cold.

Nah, that wasn't it. He had some guilty looks before he said that as well.

Damn that stuff is Great. It kills me. Just makes me laugh so much. Honestly,I want Lisa's top from that scene with her and Wendy Freakin on Prince. Don't you Love when Prince plays darling Nikki and Appolonia goes crying, running out of the club and Billy starts Cursing out Prince saying the Stage is No place for Your Personal Shit and Prince goes I don't Care and Billy goes This is a Bizness MoFo and You Ain't Too Far Gone To See That! I LOOOVE that Part. Billy and Dr Fink with their 1 liners of absolute Brilliance. Kills me. They are Hilarious. Moreso Morris Day with that Bird Sound. I could fall down laughing now.

Those were so Funny. That movie is the best . But Prince is very Humorous and kinda has that Sick kinda humor that some people Don't Get. UTCM was so Funny and should have been a Bigger Success, but People just Didn't Dig Him or the Message likewise Graffiti Bridge, but Prince abandoned it too quickly and was working on the next record. I guess he doesn't stay Dwelling or Worrying on things too Long. He moves on. But he should have done more here in the USA with playing the songs cause they were and still are Great. So glad he is incorporating Joy In Repetition in this Tour as that song is Soo Beautifully Moving and Mesmerizing. Hypnotic.

I think we all Know it was meant to be about their relationship and after they had Sex and she felt maybe Exposed. Like he was airing his Dirty Laundry on Stage so yeah,Billy says The stage Isn't A Place For your Personal Bullshit...This is a Bizness Mo Fo... Prince is Mad at Appolonia for maybe using Himor Morris whoever will Further her Career and competing with Him. He doesn't want her in his Life that way. Kinda cool. Vanity wanted her own Success, leaving Him thinking MOTOWN would make her The Motown Star she Dreamed of Being. She Never Wanted to be Vanity she said. I think Prince should have created another Girlgroup. I think like Madonna he Tried with Paisley Park records and all,but it didn't work back then. Too Bad. I think his problem was not having Major Groups on the label and basically just his Friends/Girlfriends. I think if he had like Madonna major groups it would still be working. Madonna has some moneymakers on her label. Prince neede that for his. I think he could Try his hand at things again, but he must make Better/Wiser Decisions since many Friends Screwed him Over. But he Knows better Now and I think He will Rise and make a Bigger Comeback,You Mark my Words...He Will Do It!
