One Nite Alone... Live will be the first December album release by Prince. Most of his albums have come in the Spring or Fall. The Black Album was due for release on Dec 7, 1987, but...

He's done work on plenty of albums in December, though, configuring Exodus in 1994, Madhouse 24 in 1988, and Sign "O" The Times in 1986, among others.

Who knows, maybe Xenophobia will show up before year's end too? Yeah, right...
