Nobody has criticized the music or quality on ONA Live

Basically because you could of bought ONA Live in the stores yourself December 17th. Where is exclusivity of NPGMC if they are giving you something that you easily buy retail? Is it in the pretty packaging? Big Whoop! Or getting a few days or weeks earlier? Big freakin' whoop there too!

I have personal heard ONA Live and its an excellent documentation of One Nite Alone Tour. I look forward to getting it, but I rather have recieved a few of the CDs Prince and the NPGMC eluded to during the course of the year. They made no promises, but they sure did a good job of eluding to us getting it them...

I haven't flipped through all the posts yet, but I haven't noticed many people dissing the album yet.

I don't like how the club itself is run, but ONA Live is a great set, the photo book and poster and packaging were fun too.

HMV in Canada has it priced at $100, plus tax would make it $115 in Ontario. So I really don't feel ripped off by the club (or is it that I feel ripped off by sales taxes and HMV?? Hmm... a little from column A, a little from column B...)

I also get to give away a copy of the ONA studio album for Christmas. But it's probably much cheaper in the US, since I think it's an import in Canada. So, it's all a matter of perspective. American members are helping NPGMC to pay for international shipping! Thanks USA!

As an aside, HMV.com has ONA Live release date of Dec. 10. But the people in the store didn't actually have any information about it, and they've been wrong about a lot of box set releases in the past by about one week.

it's becasue most people here can't stand the thought of liking Prince, so they just go on hating him anyway.

'Cause most of us are just as stubborn, mean, rude, illogical, and spoiled as Prince himself.
