Male. Theres more blokes at the concerts. I know more male Prince fans. A generalization perhaps, but blokes seem to get deeper into the music than most females I know. I do know a lot a female music lovers that know there stuff though.

It depends. Are u talking about his music or his body ?

I always assumed that there would be more female fans, but the London main shows seemed to be about 50/50, and at the aftershows there were definately more guys.

I'd hazard a guess at male, since I would say there are more male music geeks in general.

Male. That's been my experience - I meet guys who like Prince, because they recognize how extremely talented he is. Then there's those of us who love his talent and love his...instructional aspects.

I'm sure women are the same way, of course, but while the instructional aspects come across similar to a musical version of a romance novel for many straight women, then can definitely act as a how-to guide for men :p

To me, males argue about Prince more than women do. Women seem to talk about his appearance more than males do. I still think there are more females that are fans than males but I have met more Prince male fans over the last few years so it lets me know I'm not the only guy in my area who digs the dude.

I don't know for sure. I'd say it can go both ways, male or female.

But how many of those females fans actually know and love the music and not just lusting Prince the man.
