should Prince retire after 2009?

After mplsound and lotus flower come out and he plays a handful of dates and shows in his posh mansion for the hollywood scene, should he settle in Vegas and set up a Barry Manillow or Celine Dion show?

NO
And if you were with me tonight,
I'd sing to you just one more time.
A song for a heart so big,
god wouldn't let it live.

I don't see any need for him to retire.

I just wish he'd evolve a little bit. On record, I wish he'd be a little more selective about what he puts out. Live, I wish he'd move on past the bland soul revue/jazz leanings. Hire a live band with some fire and then put them on his records.

he's already been there, why go back? (Then again, I don't think Cher shoulda come out of retirement, either.)

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
