ATTENTION EVERYONE: A Word About Posting Links to the New Tracks To my knowledge, there have been only 2 official ways to hear the new music on the internet.
1. mplsound.com 2. 103.1's website As far as I know, both of those are now gone, so if you are posting links to the new music, you are posting, unofficial and probably illegal links. I have no say in how this site is run, but I enjoy it and I know many others do as well. There are a few rules the owner and moderators ask us to follow, the biggest is to not post links, ask for files, or otherwise distribute illegal material. With the eyes of the industry focused on Prince right now, the eyes of WebSheriff are probably on us. So if you appreciate the site as I do, please stop posting this stuff. I will guarantee Prince has better lawyers than the .org does. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Thanks for that.
Also, *no using the forums to make requests for audio files of these songs*. You might think you're slick, you might think it's harmless, but if you have any appreciation at all for Prince dropping these surprises on us (and if you're trying to post/request these songs, I'm guessing you DO appreciate it), you've gotta conduct yourselves on these forums with tact and respect. FYI, Prince doesn't like having his music illegally traded, sold or distributed in any way he does not authorize. And yes, he has people checking his fan sites. Think. | |
